Products & Orders
Do the art prints come with a frame?
No, frames are not included.
Do you sell tote bags, t-shirts, or other things?
Yes and No. Tote bags, Hoodies, and other items that are not paper would be available for preorder ONLY.
Can I add an item to my existing order?
Of course! If your first order has not shipped yet, simply place a second order and contact us with both order numbers so we can combine them.
Payment
Onyi's Art Studio is powered by Big Cartel and they use Stripe and PayPal as payment processors. So this site has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors.
Shipping
How long before my order gets shipped?
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days after your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes! The tracking number is covered in the shipping fee. This allows both you, the customer, and I, the merchant, to make sure your package arrives at it's destination
What shipping service do you use?
I use USPS to ship all of our orders.
Do you ship to my country?
As of right now, I only ship to other countries on the North American contitent.
- - United States: 1-2 weeks
- - Canada: 3-4 weeks
- - Central America (Mexico, Honduras, etc): 3-8 weeks.
However, shipping to countries in Africa, Asia, and Europe will be made available soon.
It's been over the estimated shipping time and I still have not recieved my package! What now?
If your package has not arrived and it's been over the estimated arrival time, after a thorough investigation, your order can be replaced or you will be refunded.
Are there any custom fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. I cannot mark international orders with a lower value or as a gift to avoid customs and/or taxes because this is illegal in the US.
I used the wrong address, what do I do?
If your order has not already shipped, I can fix that for you! Please send us a message via the contact form as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
My order was damaged during transit, what now?
Orders that are damaged during transit will be replaced. However, you MUST do the following

- Please use the contact page to reach out to me if your order was damaged during transit.
- Insert the ORDER NUMBER into the subject block and insert the issue intp the message block.
- I will request photographic evidence, so take pictures and have them ready.
